I have a desktop PC with Windows XP and a laptop running XP Pro, they communicate via a wireless Linksys router. I get the network working well, and all documents and printers, but every day, even if I do nothing else, it stops working. Ping the host name of the work is not there, but ping the IP. Both computers behind a firewall, ZoneAlarm. I give ZA installation on any computer, access to another computer. Very often my XP Pro laptop has access to my office, but have no access to the laptop. To the network again, I have to restart my router and firewall. In addition, my router as a DHCP server is configured.
